Trauma Focused Therapy
Many individuals can experience traumatic events that can affect daily functioning. Whether it is lingering childhood trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, or grief/loss. Trauma-focused therapy sessions aim to help you discover skills and improve coping strategies to better respond to reminders and emotions associated with the traumatic event.
Health & Wellness Coach
As your personal health and wellness coach, my main goal is to assist individuals who want to improve their health and well-being. Using therapeutic concepts, drawn from advocacy, counseling, and guidance, I will provide individuals with the tools to overcome obstacles to maintain healthy habits for life.
